Limitation of Liability & Agreement of Service

1. I release Supreme Detail from any and all liability and claims arising out of or related to any loss, damage or injury, as a result of services performed.

2. I understand and agree that Supreme Detail cannot guarantee the removal of all containments (including but not limited to, irremovable carpets or seat stains, irreversible paint defects etc.) or odors.

3. I understand that Supreme Detail will not, under any circumstance apply any chemicals, cleaning materials, solvents or dressings to the clutch, brake or accelerator pedals of my vehicle.

4. I release Supreme Detail from any liability for any damage, visible or otherwise, prior to the vehicle being submitted for services and the vehicle has been removed from the premises be the client.

5. I certify that i am the registered owner or have full authority of the registered owner(s) of the vehicle begin submitted to Supreme Detail for service. Supreme Detailing cannot be held liable in the event an authorized individual submits a vehicle for service.

6. I agree to make payment for any and all services agreed upon, either orally or written, prior to any vehicle being released back to me. I authorize Supreme Detailing to withhold, detain, and issue a lien on my vehicle should i refuse to make payment for services rendered.

7. I agree that Supreme Detailing will not be held liable for any personal belongings left in vehicle.
